This Shipping Policy outlines how Tervera Mercantile (https://terveramercantile.shop) processes, dispatches, and delivers online orders across India. Every rate and delivery window stated on this page matches our live checkout configuration.

1. Shipping Rates & Calculation

We maintain a transparent, two-tier shipping rate structure calculated automatically at checkout in INR:

2. Order Cutoff, Handling & Transit Schedule

• Daily Order Cutoff Time: 3:00 PM IST. Orders submitted before 3:00 PM IST begin processing the same business day; orders placed after 3:00 PM IST, on weekends, or on public holidays begin processing the next business day.
• Order Handling Time: 1–2 business days (Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays) for quality inspection, protective packing, and carrier manifest generation.
• Carrier Transit Time: 3–8 business days in transit via Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC, and India Post, depending on destination postal code.
• Total Estimated Delivery Window: 4–10 business days from order placement to doorstep delivery.

3. Shipment Tracking & Delivery Confirmation

As soon as your package is scanned by our shipping carrier, we send a dispatch confirmation email containing your carrier name and live tracking number. You can also check your shipment status anytime on our Track Your Order page.

4. Service Area & Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship within India. Every order requires a verifiable physical street address for carrier delivery. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO military boxes, freight-forwarding lockers, or international destinations outside India at this time.

5. Damaged, Delayed, or Lost Packages

If your tracking number shows no movement for more than 5 business days past the maximum estimated delivery date (10 business days), or if your parcel arrives with visible transit damage, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at connect@terveramercantile.shop with your order number and photos of the outer box and item so we can arrange an immediate replacement or full refund.
